Inspired by the changing colours of butterflies. I have used cordweaving to weave in relief.

Troides magellanus has yellow hind wings when viewed from above, but viewed at an angle from behind it has iridescent blue and green colours.

Precis octavio has orange/pink wings in the rainy season. In the dry season it has blue colours with orange spots along the wing edge

The over side of the wings of the male Heodes alciphron has light violet to bluish with grey or orange colours, the under side is greyish with orange
Lycanea hippothea
The male is bright redorange with violet along the edges, the undersid is yelloworange and beige with white/black spots
