Fjeldkattens Quita

Quita is the third cat we bought. I had long had a wish for a cat after cat from Oba and Steigar Magnus. I wanted a tortie colored cat with not too much white, but as the two parents both have a lot of white and have made kittens with a lot of white, I had got used to the thought that my next cat would have a lot of white. But I got lucky! Quita was born, she had no white and whe was the female kitten I liked the best of the litter. She is an incredibly long and long-legged cat and has an extremely straight profile. About the time, when Quita became old enough to come into Open class, we decided to hold a break in paticipating in Cat Shows. Quita is a very sweet, but also a very active cat. Even though she is long past her kitten age, she still acts very much like a kitten. She loves to play and can do the most incredible things out of curiosity like for example open drawers. She is a very good mother to her kittens, but when they get a little older, one can get in doubt about wheather she is the mother or one of the kittens.

Quita is the mother of our D-litter, E-litter and F-litter.
