1991 Lotus Elan SE Turbo. Left hand drive.

This is the “World Famous” Game-on “Bling-Mobile”, a one-off special, where a fortune has been spend on the engine. This car is well known in the Elan M100 worldwide community, found on.: www.lotuselancentral.com

Previous owner has spend a fortune on the following upgrades.:

- Flow- ported head. Valves re-cut to head

- New cam’s.

- Block rebored, with new pistons, blueprinted.

- Crankshaft polished.

- New bearings all over.

- Hi Spec racing clutch, on Fidenza Alu-flywheel.

- Engine all balanced out.

- Limited slip differential.

- Upgraded turbo.

- Adjustable waste gate actuator.

- High performance injectors.

- Blow-off valve.

- KN filter.

- 2,25” stainless steel exhaust.

- Upgraded front brake rotors, with green-stuff pads.

On top of this, a fortune has been spend on Gold plating parts of the engine.

This engine is build to handle power pikes over 300HK, and to be able to run with 250HK forever. To do so it will need a Haltech ECU, as the standard ECU can’t handle turbo boost higher than 0.95 bar. These are available installed and mapped for 1.100 Euro.

As it is now, the original ECU is chip-tuned with the Everest ESM chip, increasing boost from standard 0,65 bar (167Hk.) to 0,90 bar (197 HK.)

All this done less than 3.000 km ago.

This car is road ready, and will be given a new MOT certificate before handed over to a new owner.

However the car itself could do with some loving care, as the interior in not to good, there is a few electrical failures, and the paintwork is not brilliant.

0 –100km. Less than 7 sek.

Top speed over 230 km/h.
